SingHealth Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for the Office of Value Based Healthcare on a contract basis. The role focuses on developing and implementing VBH initiatives across SingHealth institutions, analysing data and translating it into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; suitable for Assistant Manager.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics, benchmarking and change management experience.
• Knowledge of statistical tools and process improvement methods is an advantage.
• Team player, able to engage diverse stakeholders and drive change.
• Independent and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to translate data into meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate cross-institutional activities and foster collaboration
• Build VBH capability through targeted communication and engagement
• Liaise with MOH to ensure alignment between SingHealth and national healthcare objectives
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for diverse stakeholder groups
