Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) seeks a senior manager to drive Value Based Healthcare initiatives across SingHealth institutions. You will support the Director and Group Director, coordinating with Institutional Value Leads and MOH to align VBH efforts with national objectives.

You will lead cross-institutional collaborations, review strategies, manage resources and mentor junior staff to build VBH capability at the cluster level in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical or health sciences is required or preferred.
• Experience leading teams and projects in healthcare or VBH is essential.
• Strong analytical and change-management capabilities are needed.

• Support Directors and MOH in aligning VBH with national objectives.
