Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile software applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface designs based on user requirements and feedback.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve overall experience.

Translate brand and product vision into high-quality visual designs and interactive solutions.

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.

Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and user-centric designs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development or tech environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing user interface designs, prototypes, and case studies.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in agile or scrum development environments.

Basic knowledge of user analytics and tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics.
