Job summary

Techzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create user-centric interfaces for web applications and internal platforms. You will translate business and functional requirements into user flows and high-fidelity designs, utilizing Figma while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a strong portfolio as a fresh graduate. A strong understanding of UX principles and attention to detail is essential.

Job description

Design user-centric interfaces for web applications, enterprise systems, and internal platforms.

Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Use Figma to create, maintain, and iterate design assets, components, and design systems.

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing implemented features against design and requirements, identifying UI/UX issues and inconsistencies, and supporting UAT feedback documentation and follow-ups.

Maintain and improve UI consistency across products using shared design standards.

Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, user input, and testing results.

Prepare design documentation and handover materials for development teams.

Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, usability standards, and design trends.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant UI/UX design experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or complex web applications.

Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a strong UI/UX portfolio are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in Figma is a must-have.

Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Familiarity with responsive design and usability best practices.

Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
