Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences across websites and mobile applications.

You will work with project managers, clients, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the designs are feasible, consistent, and accurately implemented, while following established design systems and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs and design requirements through workshops and research.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and properly implemented.
• Ensure designs follow design systems, brand guidelines and usability best practices.
• Create visual design materials when required (posters, mood boards, presentations).
• Participate in front-end development activities; training provided.

Job description

We arelooking for a UI/UX Engineer to create intuitive, user-centered, andvisually engaging digital experiences across websites and mobileapplications. You will work closely with project managers, clients, productowners, and developers to understand user needs and translate businessrequirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements through workshops, interviews, and research.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present and communicate design concepts and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and accurately implemented.
• Ensure designs follow established design systems, brand guidelines, and usability best practices.
• Create visual design materials such as posters, storyboards, mood boards, and presentations when required.
• Participate in front-end development activities, with training provided.

Key Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX, visual design, and user-centered design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design thinking.
• Ability to translate user and business requirements into clear design solutions.
• Strong visual and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar) is an advantage; training will be provided.
