Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks a Manager, User Experience to shape a digital shopfront for OneMotoring. You will turn complex transport services into intuitive journeys, lead usability research, and raise design quality across delivery teams.

You will design high-fidelity citizen and staff interfaces in collaboration with product and tech colleagues, evolve the design system, and ensure AI features are clear and useful while managing adoption after launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on work in Figma.
• Eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Experience conducting usability research.
• Facilitating workshops and co-design sessions.
• Understanding AI in design and complex platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity citizen and staff interfaces from concepts to prototypes.
• Lead usability testing, interviews, and research with users.
• Run co-design workshops with stakeholders to surface needs.
• Improve the design system and component library.
• Review and guide vendor design delivery while protecting quality.
• Design AI features with clear expectations and graceful recovery.
• Track adoption and impact post-launch.
