Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Manager, User Experience to transform OneMotoring into an intelligent Digital Shopfront. You will turn complex services into intuitive journeys, lead usability research, and elevate design standards across teams.

You will design high‑fidelity citizen and staff interfaces, run co‑design sessions, and drive a robust design system while ensuring AI features are useful and well‑communicated. This role emphasizes adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

7+ years in UX or product design with a strong portfolio in Figma.
An exceptional eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

Design the platform hands-on with high-fidelity interfaces and reusable components.
Lead usability testing, interviews, and research to inform design decisions.
Facilitate co-design workshops with stakeholders to surface needs and build consensus.
Refine and expand the design system with a shared language and components.
Review vendor design output to protect design quality and consistency.
Shape AI integration to be clear, useful, and well‑communicated.
Track adoption post-launch and iterate to deliver measurable value.
