Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a Senior/Executive UX/UI Engineer to own, design, and scale the user experience across our traffic and road IT applications. You will bridge hands‑on interface design with a deep understanding of user needs, working across agile squads to champion UX/UI best practices and ensure consistent, accessible, and intuitive product experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or related experience.
Experience translating wireframes into semantic, responsive code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for interactive prototypes and design systems.

Responsibilities

Own, design, and scale the user experience for next‑generation applications and digital services.
Bridge hands‑on interface design with user needs across agile squads and champion UX/UI best practices.
Drive the full design lifecycle: user research, specifications alignment, prototyping, usability testing, and post‑launch quality.
Maintain design documentation including design systems, component libraries, and interaction guidelines.
