Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Manager, User Experience to shape a next‑generation Digital Shopfront for OneMotoring. You will turn complex services into elegant journeys, lead usability research, and ensure high design quality across delivery teams.

You will design with data, guide vendors, and weave AI into the experience while tracking adoption post‑launch. The role requires 7+ years in UX or product design, strong Figma skills, and experience with public sector

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX or product design experience with a portfolio showing hands-on work in Figma across complex digital products.
• Strong eye for aesthetics including typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience independently planning and conducting usability research and translating results into designs.
• Experience facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders.
• Ability to protect design quality while collaborating with delivery teams and persuading others.
• Understanding AI systems and designing experiences with appropriate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design the platform hands-on: create high-fidelity designs for citizen and staff interfaces, from concepts to interactive prototypes.
• Lead with user insight: plan usability tests and research with citizens and staff and translate findings into design decisions.
• Run co-design workshops to surface needs and build shared ownership.
• Improve the design system and establish a shared design language and component library.
• Review and shape vendor design output while protecting design integrity.
• Design AI into the experience with clear expectations and graceful recovery.
• Own adoption metrics and iterate based on evidence after launch.
