Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences across products and platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to translate user and business needs into scalable design solutions.

The role involves end-to-end UX work, from research to high-fidelity prototyping, with emphasis on usability, accessibility, and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in UX or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing UX/Product Design work and design process.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design and UX methodologies.
• Experience across end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in relevant UX/design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive UX design across the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition to implementation.
• Understand user needs, product requirements, and business goals to develop design solutions.
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes including high-fidelity designs.

Our client is a leading global technology company looking for a UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across its products and platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to identify user and business needs and translate them into thoughtful, scalable design solutions.

This is a fixed term contract ending on the 28 Apr 2027.

Responsibilities

• Drive UX design across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem definition and research to design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Understand user needs, product requirements, and business goals to develop effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Apply UX principles, interaction patterns, design systems, and accessibility standards to create intuitive experiences.
• Conduct or support UX research and usability testing, using insights, data, and stakeholder feedback to iterate designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to communicate design intent and support implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and scalable design practices across products and teams.
• Use user behavior, product metrics, and industry trends to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Present and communicate design rationale, concepts, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/Product Design projects and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design and UX methodologies.
• Experience across the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Strong skills in interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven design skills.
• Strong visual and interaction design craftsmanship with good aesthetic and usability awareness.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and design teams.
