They are looking for a UX Designer to join their design team.
This role involves end-to-end UX design across product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, develop design solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Working Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Talent
- 3-8 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma and visual design
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute design projects
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, marketing, or research
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, UX methodologies, and product development
- Strong design craftsmanship, aesthetic sensibility, and systems thinking
- Ability to analyse and synthesise user insights, data, and research findings
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience developing interactive prototypes and design solutions
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
- UX Design & Prototyping: Create design concepts, mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive experiences to support product ideation, user research, testing, and development
- User-Centred Design: Identify and anticipate user needs, define product and user problems, and develop practical and innovative design solutions based on research and insights
- Design Systems: Contribute to design systems, patterns, templates, style guides, and design languages to ensure consistent and scalable user experiences
- UX Research & Iteration: Participate in and support UX research and testing, incorporating user feedback, data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve design solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to communicate design intent, influence product decisions, and support successful implementation
- Design Strategy: Help develop and communicate design approaches and strategies, adapting solutions to evolving product requirements, business needs, technology constraints, and industry trends
- Design Delivery: Prepare high-quality design specifications, mock-ups, prototypes, and other deliverables required for product development and implementation
- Product & User Insights: Understand user behaviour, product ecosystems, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Project Planning: Plan and prioritise design activities across projects, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress and design rationale to relevant stakeholders
