Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design across digital products and platforms, shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile.
• Drive the end-to-end product design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI design.
• Translate complex business requirements, data workflows, and enterprise processes into clear and seamless user experiences.
• Own and evolve the design system, including reusable components, guidelines, and design standards across products.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders from discovery through implementation, ensuring design intent is effectively translated into the final product.
• Facilitate UX workshops, design discussions, and design reviews to align stakeholders and drive design quality.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion UX/UI best practices, accessibility, consistency, and continuous improvement across digital products.
• Explore relevant emerging UX/UI tools and technologies, including AI-enabled design tools, to improve user experiences and design processes.
