Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AVP of Content Strategy to shape clear, user-focused digital experiences across platforms. Lead UX writing, content design, and governance to improve journeys and support AI-assisted interactions.

You will guide content across mobile apps, websites, emails, and chat interfaces, drive measurable improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Strong portfolio showing UX writing and content improvements.
• Excellent writing and editing with a focus on clarity for users.
• Experience using analytics and user research to guide content decisions.
• Familiarity with modular content, metadata, CMS, and design systems.
• Experience designing content for conversational interfaces and AI-assisted experiences.
• Knowledge of Figma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and develop user-focused content across mobile apps, websites, emails and chat interfaces.
• Create UX content guiding users through key journeys and tasks.
• Research user needs, language preferences and comprehension to inform content.
• Apply brand voice and tone to suit different contexts and interactions.
• Establish content governance, reusable patterns, and standards within design systems.
• Structure content for reuse and discoverability via metadata and modular approaches.
• Develop accessible content for assistive technologies.
• Monitor content performance post-launch and iterate from feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Ensure content is clear, accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
