Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Content Designer/UX Writer in Singapore to craft and refine UI content for Global Payment products. You will work onsite with design, research, product, and tech teams across time zones to ensure a cohesive product narrative and high-quality experiences.

This role requires strong English and Chinese, a solid portfolio in UX writing, and the ability to influence localization workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency and fluent Chinese, with experience supporting localization.
• Experience in content design or UX writing, with a strong writing portfolio.
• Experience designing end-to-end products with complex user flows and scenarios.
• Experience using AI to improve content design and localization workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred: experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or related industries.
