Job summary

Lonza Singapore Tuas site is hiring an entry-level maintenance technician to help sustain critical biopharma manufacturing equipment. This fully site-based role requires hands-on monitoring, preventive maintenance, and quick issue resolution to prevent production interruptions.

You will work closely with engineers, document GMP activities, and adhere to cGMP standards while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and a daily company bus from the MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in related engineering field.
• Entry-level talents with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP applications is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical writing skills are a plus.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance in compliance with engineering standards and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance and service breakdowns, including on-call support when required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs or elevate to your supervisor.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure utilities and maintenance work meet operational standards.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report on utilities status.
• Support repairs and upgrades to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all maintenance activities.
