No deviation Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Utilities Engineer to support critical utility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting in Singapore.

You will lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of chillers, boilers, WFI, and clean steam, while coordinating Change Control and commissioning activities. The role requires 4–10 years of relevant engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a degree/diploma in a related engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant engineering experience in pharma/GMP environment.
• Hands-on experience with critical utility systems: chillers, boilers, WFI, clean steam.
• Understanding operation and maintenance of utility equipment.
• Experience managing Change Control for engineering projects and equipment modifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and project stakeholders.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Support operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of critical utility systems (chillers, boilers, WFI, clean steam).
• Lead and manage Change Control activities for utility equipment modifications.
• Coordinate engineering activities for new utility equipment including commissioning and handover to operations.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause investigations for equipment failures and performance issues.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on utility equipment and system issues.
• Review equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Support engineering documentation, risk assessments and project activities as required.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP, EHS and site requirements.
