Job summary
No deviation in Singapore seeks an experienced Utility Engineer to support critical utility systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, including chiller, boiler, WFI, and clean steam. You will lead Change Control, coordinate new equipment deployment, perform root-cause analysis, and provide engineering support across Operations, Maintenance, and Quality.

Qualifications
- 4–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of operation and maintenance of utility equipment.
- Experience managing or supporting Change Control for engineering projects and equipment modifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex equipment or operational issues.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of critical utility systems, including Chillers, Boilers, WFI and Clean Steam.
- Lead and manage Change Control activities related to installation, modification or upgrade of utility equipment and systems.
- Coordinate engineering activities for new utility equipment, including implementation, commissioning and handover to operations.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause investigation for equipment failures, recurring issues and utility system performance problems.
- Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on utility equipment and system-related issues.
- Review equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, maintainability and operational efficiency.
- Support engineering documentation, technical assessments, risk assessments and other project-related activities as required.
- Ensure engineering activities are performed in accordance with applicable GMP, EHS and site requirements.
