Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Utilities Engineer to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical utility systems in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will oversee chiller, boiler, RO, PW, clean steam, compressed air and other critical facilities services to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of utilities engineering experience in pharma/manufacturing.
Experience with change controls for chiller/boilers.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation and maintenance of utility systems supporting GMP manufacturing.
Lead troubleshooting for utility-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ for utility equipment and systems.
Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing and Facilities to ensure continuous utility support.
Manage contractors and vendors for upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance.
Monitor system performance and drive energy efficiency improvements.
Maintain documentation including SOPs, logs and change controls.
