Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Critical Utilities Engineer to own the performance of GMP utility systems, including RO, WFI, and clean steam, within a regulated manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
• Experience with WFI, clean steam, and other critical utilities.
• GMP-regulated environment experience; pharmaceutical experience not required.
• Strong investigation, root-cause analysis, and deviation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for RO, WFI, clean utilities and other critical/clean utility systems.
• Manage engineering change controls for utility installations, modifications, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Oversee the reliability, performance, maintenance, and operational condition of critical utility equipment.
• Lead investigations involving utility deviations, equipment issues, and system events using TrackWise.
• Conduct structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to identify underlying causes of failures.
• Coordinate across functions to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure investigation outcomes, action items, and technical documentation are completed on time.
• Support utility projects from concept through planning, execution and implementation.
• Review technical requirements to ensure alignment with GMP standards and site needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Monitor critical utility systems to maintain control.
