Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles is an advantage.
• Candidates with semiconductor, electronics, automation, equipment, or industrial technology exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Willingness to learn technical products and develop long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the semiconductor and related industries.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to address customer enquiries and support project requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer requests to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
