Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics administrator to manage purchase orders, shipments, invoicing, and coordination with freight forwarders. You will liaise with stores and consignees to ensure timely delivery across multiple country markets.

The role requires SAP knowledge and offers a 5-day work week in a permanent position with a strong remuneration package including AWS and VB, contributing to a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP module is required.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on clearance, pickup and delivery of import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Source for best freight and transport rates.
• Handle country markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
