Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage purchase orders, shipments and invoicing. The role offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office (Tuesday to Friday) and 1 day from home (Monday).

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, based in Ang Mo Kio. The salary range is SGD 3,300 to SGD 3,500 per month, with duties covering supplier coordination and multi-market shipments across China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment; source for best freight rates.
• Coordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handle country markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
