Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate and supervise M&E installations, testing, and commissioning in a Singapore-based project. You will work with architects, engineers and contractors to address discrepancies and ensure safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in A&A or construction with strong understanding of shop drawings, material submissions, and M&E testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E execution within A&A or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submissions and compliance.
• Experience in Main Contractor environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E installations, testing and commissioning per design specs and safety regs.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and contractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor site progress, contractor performance and M&E contract works for quality and safety.
• Track project timelines, budgets, material submissions and shop drawings to manage resources.
• Oversee internal teams and subcontractors to ensure work scope and quality meet project specs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in A&A or construction.
• Proven track record in M&E execution, specifically with experience in a Main Contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submission tracking, regulatory compliance, and M&E testing procedures.
