Job summary

4HK PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Site Coordinator to manage daily on-site M&E activities, review drawings, and resolve issues for smooth project execution.

You will conduct inspections, prepare testing and handover reports, and coordinate meetings with consultants and authorities, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and WSH standards. 3+ years in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field with relevant working experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards is preferred.
• Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage.
