Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is looking for an M&E Site Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing M&E construction works on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination), has at least 3 years of M&E project experience, and shows good communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E construction projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee all M&E activities and issues on site.
• Guide site supervisors to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
