Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Site Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with planning, submissions, and on-site coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. The role involves supervising works to ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience with a local construction company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight project schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, authority submissions, and site coordination.
• Supervise and monitor project works to ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Oversee M&E works, conduct site inspections, and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with company and authority requirements.
• Review M&E drawings, material submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and guidelines.
• Prepare and coordinate combined services drawings.
• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, and schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programmes.
• Develop and manage detailed M&E work programmes when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and end-users to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
