Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR/Admin professional to handle foreign worker Work Permits, renewals, and records, and to manage payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave. Experience with PCP, MWOC and CSOC arrangements is preferred. Knowledge of MOM processes is essential.

You will coordinate with MOM, insurance providers, recruitment partners, and vendors, arrange onboarding and accommodation, and maintain accurate HR files while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior HR/Admin experience in a construction company.
• Experience handling foreign workers and Work Permits.
• Familiar with PCP, MWOC and CSOC arrangements.
• Familiar with MOM payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreign worker Work Permit applications, renewals, and records.
• Manage security bonds and ensure timely renewals.
• Assist with monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and salary calculations.
• Coordinate with MOM, insurance providers, and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies for worker deployment.
• Arrange MWOC, air tickets, airport pick-up, onboarding, and accommodation.
• Maintain accurate HR and employee records.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
