Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Biologics/pharmaceutical industry; 3+ years in upstream areas (Inoculation, Cell Culture, Recovery).
• Experience leading a shift team.
• Strong problem solving and initiative in complex assignments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player; capable of working a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own upstream operation area (Inoculation, Cell Culture, Recovery).
• Plan and execute manufacturing operations using validated programs (LIMS, SAP, DeltaV, POMSnet).
• Complete tasks efficiently and maintain high quality records.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives; participate in process hazard analyses.
• Drive process improvements and streamline operation steps; support shift supervision.
