Job summary

You will coordinate with engineers on set-up, calibration, and quality testing, while leading a shift team to meet production plans. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in biologics/pharma, strong problem-solving ability, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Biologics/Pharmaceuticals; 3+ years in central services (Buffer/Media Prep, Autoclave, Glasswash, cleaning, sampling).
• Experience leading a shift team.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, and willingness to develop innovative concepts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Owns central services operations including Buffer/Media Prep, Autoclave, Glasswash and cleaning processes.
• Plans and executes manufacturing tasks using validated programs (LIMS, SAP, DeltaV, POMSnet).
• Ensures timely completion of batch records and adherence to quality standards.
• Drives process improvements and participates in cross-functional meetings.
• Supports safety, quality, and audit readiness across the shift.
