Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in Biologics/Pharmaceutical industry; 3+ years in a central services area.
• Experience leading a shift team is required.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Aufgaben

• Own central services operation area including Buffer/ Media Preparation, Autoclave, Glasswash and sampling of raw materials.
• Plan and execute manufacturing operations using validated programs (LIMS, SAP, DeltaV, POMSnet, etc.).
• Complete manufacturing tasks efficiently and drive process improvements.
• Lead safety, quality, and audit readiness activities during shifts.
• Represent the shift in cross-functional meetings and collaborative planning.
