Job summary

Keystone Clinic & Surgery II in Singapore is seeking Clinic Assistants for shift work at the Upper Boon Keng branch. You will handle counter duties, assist doctors with procedures, and manage administrative tasks including claims submissions and stock management.

The role requires proficiency in patient registration, medication dispensing, and communication with patients and vendors. Experience with basic lab/imaging workflows and routine maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counter duties: Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments; Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals; Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors; Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination; Handling of incoming calls and enquiries; Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures
• Administrative tasks: Submission of subsidised claims; Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes; Stock take and ordering of medications and consumables; Scanning of documents; Regular maintenance (fridge, autoclave, stock)

Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evenning shift) for our Upper Boon Keng branch. They are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:
