CGP Personnel seeks a motivated professional to co-develop a modern system for holistic family services. You will pilot tech and AI tools with partners, study data workflows, and generate operations data to improve delivery.

You will also drive capability-building initiatives, develop competency frameworks, and support stakeholder engagement and event logistics across sub-sectors.

Competenze

• Degree in any discipline; experience in social work with youth/family or protection settings is a plus.
• Strong data management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Interest in leveraging technology and data; strong organisational and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Job Description

(a) Data, Tech and Systems Development

• Work closely with other divisions and sector partners to develop the next generation system for holistic family services service delivery
• Pilot tech and AI tools with service providers
• Study ops data workflows
• Generate ops data

(b) Capability Building

• Develop and implement initiatives to build capabilities of service providers
• Develop, review and implement competency frameworks and manpower strategies to support service providers in specific sub-sectors

(c) Partnership and Engagement

• Implement engagement and change management platforms, handle event logistics

Skills/Competency Required:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably experience in social work in youth, family or protection settings and/or experience in change management for tech adoption and system development
• Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Keen interest to leverage on tech and data
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
