Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Planning professional to assist the Planning Manager, develop construction programmes, and coordinate with project teams.

The role requires Primavera P6 and/or MS Project proficiency, with 4D Synchro experience preferred, for a large airport infrastructure project. The position is permanent, five-day workweek in the Changi area with shuttle service provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience using 4D Synchro.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions.
• Develop construction programmes for the projects.
• Coordinate with departments and project teams to incorporate information for the project schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data and evaluate delays by monitoring progress.
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions

• Develop construction programmes for the projects

• Liaise and coordinate with departments and project team to incorporate relevant information for the implementation of the project schedule

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stake holders.

• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress

• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims.

Job Requirements

• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or Construction Management.

• Mandatory Software:Hands-on experience with Primavera and/or MS Project.

• Preferred Software:Experience using 4D Synchro.
