Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Coordinator with at least 5 years’ relevant experience to manage service project planning, execution and completion across Singapore’s military sites, with the HQ office located in Outram.

You will lead project teams, coordinate stakeholders, monitor timelines and budgets, ensure quality, and maintain documentation. A Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field is required; own vehicle is preferred for site access.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job description

Salary: Up to $5800

Location: Military camps across Singapore; HQ office at Outram

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm

Job Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
