Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws, quotas, and work pass procedures.
• CEI (Basic/Advanced) certification is mandatory.
• Diploma or degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, operations, QC, supply chain).
• Source candidates via portals, databases, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on manpower needs.
• Manage job postings and recruitment progress updates.
• Handle offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our clients’ manpower needs. This role requires excellent networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, operations, quality control, supply chain, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage job postings and ensure timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Handle offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs in the manufacturing sector.
• Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines and local labour regulations.

Requirements

• CEI (Basic/Advanced) certification is Mandatory
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws, quota/levy system, and work pass procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
