Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Finance Executive (Township) to join our team at the Northwest - Bukit Gombak location.

The role is a 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits, working Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm and the first Saturday monthly on a half-day basis. Salary ranges from $3,000 to $3,800 monthly. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and oversee grants, assets and tax reporting, ensuring strict financial

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI with relevant experience.
• Experience in town councils and full-set accounting is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and manage budgetary controls.
• Handle grants, assets, inter-fund transfers and tax reporting.
• Monitor local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and review annual budget and ensure strong financial controls.
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants/Officers and assist in AR/AP/GL.

Finance Executive (Township)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
