Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive (Township) for a 2-year contract with benefits.

The position is based at Northwest - Bukit Gombak, Singapore, with work hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 and one Saturday per month (8:00–13:00). Salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,800 per month. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, budget control, grants and assets management, tax reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Town Council reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
