Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to join our Township/Accounts Payable function. This role is a 2-year contract with benefits, located in the Northwest at Bukit Gombak, Singapore.

The schedule is Mon to Fri from 8am to 5:30pm, with one half-day Saturday per month. Salary ranges from S$3,000 to S$3,800 monthly. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI and has 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Town Council and full-set

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance or LCCI with relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Town Council or full-set accounting.
• Experience in managing financial statements and budgets is required.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
