Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive (Up to $3800) to join our Singapore team on a 2-year contract with benefits. The role is based at Northwest - Bukit Gombak and requires a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional first-Saturday half-day duties.

You will prepare financial statements, manage budgeting, grants, assets, and tax reporting, and support AR, AP and GL processes while ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior

Role:
Finance Executive (Up to $3800)

• Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits
• Working Location: Northwest - Bukit Gombak
• Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 5.30pm, required to work half-day (8am to 1pm) on the first Saturday of each month
• Salary: $3000 to $3800

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to
