Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive (Township) for a 2-year contract with benefits at the Northwest—Bukit Gombak location in Singapore.

Working hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5.30pm, with one Saturday per month half-day. Salary ranges from SG$3,000 to SG$3,800 per month. Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee financial statements, budgets, grants, assets and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting.
• Experience handling AR, AP and GL is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears.
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting.
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines.
• Prepare and review annual budget.
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants/Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Finance Executive (Township)

• Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits

• Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 5.30pm, required to work half-day (8am to 1pm) on the first Saturday of each month
• Salary: $3000 to $3800
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to

• Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
• Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
• Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
