Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites a skilled Voice / Unified Communications Operations Engineer for a 12‑month contract in Singapore. You will support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise voice platforms via SBCs, IP telephony, and MS Teams integrations.

The role requires 3–5 years in UC/voice environments, strong incident management, and hands‑on SBC experience. You will work with vendors to resolve issues and ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IP Telephony, UC platforms, or real‑time communications in production.
• Strong incident management, ticketing, troubleshooting, escalation, and end-user support.
• Hands‑on with SIP transport, call logs, and SIP ladders for call setup diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Triage alerts and restore service for voice and UC platforms.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents in real time.
• Coordinate with vendors/ MSPs for incident resolution and restoration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to remediate issues and perform health checks.
• Maintain operational documentation including playbooks and guides.
• Monitor call quality, platform capacity, and performance; validate post-change impact.
