Job summary

NCS invites applications for a Learning & Development Intern to help improve how learning programmes are delivered, measured, and experienced in our Singapore office. You will work on learning operations, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement to support people growth at work.

You will gain hands-on exposure to learning data management, reporting dashboards, and Dojo events while collaborating with trainers and interns to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate training participation data from different sources.
• Maintain and update learner attendance and completion records.
• Analyse learning trends, feedback results, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making.
• Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and Dojo events.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to learning operations, learning analytics, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of NCS learning programmes and initiatives. This is a good opportunity for students who are interested in Learning & Development, HR, psychology, business, training, analytics, or programme management.

1. Learning Data Management and Analysis

• Collect and consolidate training participation data from different sources
• Maintain and update learner attendance and completion records
• Analyse learning trends, feedback results, and engagement metrics

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Coordination

• Liaise with trainers, programme leads, and learning participants to gather requirements and feedback
• Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and Dojo events
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, communications, and updates for stakeholders

3. Process Improvement and Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and administrative processes
• Support the automation of recurring reports and data collection activities
• Recommend improvements based on data insights and user feedback

4. Event and Project Support

• Participate in Dojo initiatives and cross‑functional projects
• Track project progress, risks, and action items
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support programme enhancements

5. Intern Engagement and Events

• Participate in the interns engagement committee and contribute ideas to enhance the intern experience
• Support the planning and coordination of intern engagement activities and events
• Work with fellow interns and stakeholders to organise meaningful and enjoyable intern initiatives
