Job summary

NCS is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support the delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of learning programmes. You will gain hands-on exposure to learning operations, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.

Ideal candidates are students interested in Learning & Development, HR, psychology, business, training, analytics, or programme management, and enjoy working with Excel, Power BI, and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Learning Data Management and Analysis: Collect and consolidate training participation data from different sources; maintain attendance and completion records; analyze trends and engagement metrics; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Coordination: Liaise with trainers and participants; coordinate training sessions and events; prepare materials and updates for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and admin processes; assist in automating recurring reports; suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
• Event and Project Support: Participate in Dojo initiatives; track progress and risks; prepare meeting notes and project documentation; conduct benchmarking.
• Intern Engagement and Events: Participate in interns engagement committee; plan and coordinate activities; collaborate with fellow interns and stakeholders.

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of NCS learning programmes and initiatives. Learning Data Management and Analysis

• Collect and consolidate training participation data from different sources
• Maintain and update learner attendance and completion records
• Analyse learning trends, feedback results, and engagement metrics
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Coordination

• Liaise with trainers, programme leads, and learning participants to gather requirements and feedback
• Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and Dojo events
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, communications, and updates for stakeholders

Process Improvement and Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and administrative processes
• Support the automation of recurring reports and data collection activities
• Recommend improvements based on data insights and user feedback

Event and Project Support

• Participate in Dojo initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Track project progress, risks, and action items
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support programme enhancements

Intern Engagement and Events

• Participate in the interns engagement committee and contribute ideas to enhance the intern experience
• Support the planning and coordination of intern engagement activities and events
• Work with fellow interns and stakeholders to organise meaningful and enjoyable intern initiatives
