Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent underwriting support professional to join the account handling and policy processing team. You will ensure timely premiums, accurate quote bindings, and smooth handovers with underwriting, while maintaining robust documentation and data quality across the system.

This role requires close collaboration with middle office and shared services to deliver reliable service to clients and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of premiums and accurate binding of quotes
• Coordinate with underwriting for smooth handover of new and renewal accounts
• Maintain complete underwriting files in the Document Management System
• Ensure correct (RI) premium, (RI) commission and tax bookings
• Support Credit Control in premium collection
• Communicate with internal/external counterparts to meet needs
• Assist with training and onboarding new hires
• Provide regular reporting on policy issuance and issues
