Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an insurance operations professional to manage account portfolios, ensure timely binding of quotes, and coordinate with the services team and underwriting across submission, renewal, and maintenance phases.

You will handle premium processing, accurate bookings of RI premium and tax, support credit control for collections, and maintain high data quality with effective communication between Underwriting, Middle Office, and Shared Services, while

Responsibilities

• Process premiums timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure efficient handover for new and renewed accounts.
• Ensure documentation of files in UW system is complete and up-to-date.
• Accurately book RI premium, RI commission and tax in processing systems.
• Support Credit Control team in Premium collection.
• Ensure timely mid-term endorsements and issuance of certificates of insurance as needed.
• Maintain clear communication between Underwriting, Middle Office and Shared Services.
• Foster positive relationships with internal/external counterparts to understand their needs.
• Address client/broker requests promptly and escalate to Underwriting as required.
• Develop internal networks to transfer information between functions to meet underwriters' and clients' needs.
• Share expertise on systems/processes and stay updated with new guidelines.
• Monitor data quality metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and onboarding for new hires.
