Job summary

SeedRock Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a connected, credible Business Development Manager to originate ultra-high-net-worth introductions and convert them into qualified client relationships for our Private Asset Management team.

You will operate as a hunter, not manage a client book, leveraging an existing UHNW network and collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure clean handovers and credible representation of SeedRock's institutional brand.

Qualifications

• A genuine, active network among ultra-high-net-worth individuals or family offices is the non-negotiable requirement.
• Open to non-traditional origination talent including accountants, lawyers, corporate bankers with UHNW relationships.
• Comfortable being measured on origination outcomes without managing a long-term client book.
• Polished, credible, and able to represent an institutional brand in first meetings.
• Self-directed, resilient, and able to operate with consistency over time.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify new UHNW client introductions and family office leads to build a pipeline for the Private Asset Management team.
• Leverage and expand an existing network across UHNW individuals, family offices and professionals who serve them.
• Run initial qualification to establish fit, scale and intent before handover to an RM.
• Meet quarterly origination targets based on AUM or deal value originated and onboarded.
• Represent SeedRock credibly in first conversations with clients, differentiating from private banks.
• Work with the Executive Director to ensure clean handover of every qualified introduction.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline log to show origination activity and conversions.
