SeedRock Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to lead private banking client relationships and bring an existing portable UHNW book onto SeedRock’s platform.

You will be the primary contact for your principals, responsible for investment advisory, structured solutions, family governance conversations, and coordination with SeedRock's internal investment, risk, and compliance functions. This role offers institutional backing and an upgrade in client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of private banking or wealth management experience at a recognised institution.
• Active portable client book with minimum USD 30 million AUM.
• Experience advising on structured products, discretionary portfolios, and cross-asset solutions.
• Mandarin or regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Unblemished regulatory record and clear professional history.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth client relationships as principal adviser across investment, credit, and governance matters.
• Migrate an existing portable client book (minimum USD 30 million) onto the SeedRock platform within onboarding period.
• Originate and structure investment solutions with SeedRock's teams across discretionary mandates, structured products, and direct fund allocations.
• Lead client conversations on family governance, succession, and institutionalisation.
• Maintain ownership of client suitability, KYC, and ongoing due diligence with Compliance.
• Represent SeedRock's institutional positioning with continuity of judgement and process.
