Job summary

SeedRock Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Director, Senior Relationship Manager to lead client relationships within its Private Wealth Management team in Singapore.

You will build a strong client franchise, deepening relationships with HNW and UHNW clients while delivering bespoke wealth solutions. You will work with investment professionals and a dedicated support team to grow assets under management, develop growth strategies, and ensure compliance with MAS regulations in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, External Asset Management or related field.
• Established network of HNW/UHNW clients with proven ability to acquire and grow client relationships.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management and wealth advisory.
• Familiarity with Singapore's MAS requirements and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and business development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and grow a client franchise.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CPWA or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Business Development: Leverage network to acquire new clients and execute strategic growth plan.
• Investment Advisory: Deliver customised investment strategies and proactive portfolio recommendations.
