Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a frontline technical support specialist for drone systems, including on-site field deployment when required.

The role involves rectification and repair of drone systems to resolve identified faults, plus routine preventive and corrective maintenance in line with established procedures and schedules. You will conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers, and report to the Lead Engineer on maintenance issues.

Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers.

Report to the Lead Engineer on all engineering and maintenance issues identified during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or operational activities.

Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with maintenance policies, operational guidelines, customer requirements, and feedback
