Talentsis in Singapore is seeking an experienced UAV Technician to lead maintenance and testing of engine and air-vehicle subsystems, ensuring readiness for operations. You will diagnose faults, apply engineering principles, and collaborate with engineering, operations and logistics teams.

- Lead inspection, maintenance, repair and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly.
- Work with engineering, operations and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades.
- Manage and utilise standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards.
- Provide support during events or exercises when requested, ensuring UAV systems perform under operational conditions.
- Proven experience in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong technical foundation in electronics, mechanics and system integrations.
- UAV Technician – specifically at the engine / air-vehicle maintenance domain — for at least 2 years.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation across teams and stakeholders.
